The “shell” if you like is the human physical vehicle itself, containing and suppressing the Spirit within.

It is vital that we understand that there are not the rigid compartmentalised realms that the new age religion will seek to feed to humanity. Archangels are not separate to galactic forces nor are galactic starseeds separate to other realms and races as the entire Galactic Universe as it were is in HARMONY, something that is very challenging to understand let alone accept in a dimensional reality that exists in order to teach separation, division and war at all moments of all moments.
