At any one moment in this our human life experience we can slip into the negativity that abounds. Holding our thoughts in a positive space can aid enormously on this journey into expansion. Many of you may already be using various mindfulness techniques in order to maintain the positive space within you and around you.
It is important that we understand the power of positive thought, this is not to say that we just focus on being happy and ignore everything else, focus starts in the deep heart space, we can “think” happy thoughts or we can “create” the happy space, they are two vastly different spaces. Many of those who have tried the “thinking” simply give up because nothing changes, this is because it comes from the logical mind which is only connected to the human physical vehicle. To enter the space of actual change we must enter thru the deep heart space. This our connection to what lies beyond.
Choosing a beautiful crystal or a picture of an idealic place can hone our focus, we then close our eyes holding that image in our mind and then we move the attention down to our deep heart space. Imagine if you will a large door opening in your chest and the heart turning into a doorway. What comes up for you when you attempt this?
It may take more than a couple of attempts to quieten the mind using this technique but it is important that the focus remains in the heart space. Allow the heart to resonate with the rest of your physical being and just simply allow it to unfold. You may see visions that show words, places, people, allow it all to take place and focus on long, slow deep breaths. As you become more and more attuned then you can go deeper and deeper and change will begin take place in the outer waking reality.
BE MINDFUL by opening the heart space and allowing the UNIVERSE to flow thru your heart into the rest of your human physical vehicle.
