For many at this time the upheaval that has sought to consume them is but a breath away. The Crystal Kingdom is standing ready to assist us as we move further into the energetic landscape that is now unfolding. WE ARE ENERGY.

This is often dismissed by many who now only see that which is presented to them, for those who are still open deep in the heart space the call from the Crystal Kingdom may be strengthening. Many who awoke around a decade or so have been slumbering, called to remain in stasis for a period of metamorphosis. During this time they have worked upon themselves, removing and anchoring and expanding.

Now the call is to release it fully and to begin the process that occurs after metamorphosis, that of a NEW CREATION. WE ARE a new Creation in TRUTH when we have released the myriad of chains, bindings and genetic DNA residue within our human physical vehicles. The Crystal Kingdom are now ready to begin the process of PEACEFUL expansion, where we become as LIGHT and we tread ever so softly thru a race that is in deep and expansive pain at all levels of their being.

Amethyst is akin to running a cool bath when we feel hot and tense, the coolness of the crystal allows us to find that balance between the intensity of the process and the peaceful knowing of who and what we are in TRUTH.

Use Amethyst in the bath water, running a refreshing bath and add a few crystals to the tub, then soak in the energetic frequencies, allowing your heart to open and the release of all that is heavy. Place Amethyst upon your night stand or under your pillow to ease and soothe the dreamtime landscape, allowing again for the opening of the deep heart space and a reconnection back to TRUTH.

Amethyst of course can be worn around the throat or as earrings or bracelets, allowing the crystal to reveal to you how best it can be worn is part of the process. Work with the hues of the crystal that is calling to you and allow it to speak to your SPIRIT in TRUTH.
