As WE walk our spiritual path we may find ourselves feeling slightly “frazzled” as WE try to navigate in a world where frequency is used as a weapon. Trips to the shops may result in a feeling of chaos and being out of balance. WE can never underestimate the affect of the frequencies in the world have on our energy signature. It can be tempting to just carry on like those around us appear to do and “power thru it”, however this works against our energy signature.

To be in full flow with SOURCE WE must be in balance and harmony. A bit like trying to tune in to a radio station if there is interference with the wavelength and frequency then WE will not get a CLEAR reception and the radio station may sound garbled.

Our human physical vehicle and especially our deep heart space need to remain TUNED to SOURCE, this is LOVE in TRUTH and when WE ARE in flow our human life experience will unfold peacefully and in balance and harmony. Nature is in harmony at all times for it is not affected the way that our human physical vehicle is affected.

Taking time in nature is a fantastic way to rebalance and to find peace however it is not always an option when our life experience is demanding and we have to navigate the old earth frequencies.

Amethyst is a wonderful and underestimated crystal when it comes to seeking clarity and finding a soothing, cooling way to balance our energy signature. WE can work with this crystal in a meditation, if WE ARE to do this we simply hold the crystal in our hand and close our eyes, focusing on breathing in the purple color of the crystal that has chosen to work with us and breathing out the stress and chaos. Taking our focus deeper to the deep heart space WE can then call on the Archangels and Christ and do further work to cleanse and clear our frequency.
