Many at this time are going thru a deep cleanse, the spiritual community has always tried to control cleansing thru things like fasting or only eating certain food types etc and this has never sat well with me. It confuses many people who know me and the work that I do that I do not for example fast or only eat vegan. Of the course of my work I have done countless blogs on the uses of sugar for example in certain spiritual balances. The cleansing rituals of course are born out of a fear of getting something wrong, all ritual is born out of this and is more prevalent in spiritual or religious communities.

At this time there is a major clearing that is sweeping thru humanity in general. Flu season has started early but is it a flu or is it something deeper. Often the most “usual” things contain the essence of what is TRUTH. This is a concept that is learned often the hard way along the spiritual path. Many people get into a rut with trying to somehow heighten their frequency whilst clinging on to spiritual practices that are preventing the very rise in frequency they are so desperate to achieve.

The flu that is sweeping thru various parts of the human race at this time is a deep cleansing brought on by the higher frequency bandwidths now opening. These frequencies affect everyone, not everyone can cope with them or anchor them but the frequencies exist for all. (again the ego coming into play in some spiritual practices that seek to present to the seeker they are above others).

Problems with the lungs are symbolic of the grief that is carried by the human physical vehicle. Grief is stored in the lungs, obviously the human physical vehicle was never originally designed to store any emotion and this is where DIS -EASE originates from. This can be seen in families that run the same conditioning thru the different generations but is often seen as “inherited disease”. It is the conditioning that keeps the emotion in place and it seeks always to be seen. For those who are on a spiritual path and have begun to have issues with coughs and colds and particularly chesty coughs I would urge you to look at the spiritual symbolism and to release the grief patterning that is being held at spiritual level.

The aches and pains associated with the flu that is currently doing its rounds is connected to the trauma that has been experienced in the various timelines that we have lived. The only way for a frequency to be released fully is physically thru the human physical vehicle. It is vital that we do not interact and begin to try to own any release as it works thru us, instead we become the observer and passively allow it to pass thru and out. The trauma release allows for a freedom of movement that is prevented when it is stored at a cellular level.

Of course i am not a medical professional and would advise anyone who is suffering to contact a medical professional for a diagnosis but the spiritual symbolism is one to look at and work with at this time. Drinking plenty of fluids to wash thru the human physical vehicle, allowing the guides and realms to reveal to you that which you are holding on to in order to spiritually release it works to rebalance the human life experience. As above, so below is just that. Everything that is physical is spiritual and exists on the spiritual plane or it would not be able to manifest into the physical, it is not the other way around.

At this time WE ARE asked to trust the process and to understand the depth of clearing that we are currently working with. We have not lived just one lifetime in this our human physical vehicle but many, all stored at DNA level. Release and rise.
