BLUE CALCITE is a beautiful and soothing crystal that can be used to aid in the soothing of the emotional landscape. At this time we are asked to review and release that which has remained in our emotional landscape, “frozen” as it were. These are events, experiences that have remained in limbo and which have not been released in order that expansion can occur.

At any one point in the spiritual journey we will come to points where it feels like there is no expansion happening, a sort of never ending circle will begin to appear where we expand but then suddenly the expansion hits what appears to be a “brick wall”. This is often the human logical mind protecting that which it believes is important. Importance is circumstantial. Take for example the experience of being a small child who loses a balloon, you may have cried over the balloon as it floated away from your hand but the adult version of you may not understand that if you have not reviewed and released the “loss” part of the scenario then the inner child may still try to get your attention in ways that seem almost insane.

The biggest illusion to humanity is that as they age they are no longer that small child trying to navigate a world. Events that happen in our younger years can leave an imprint spiritually that requires to be reviewed and released. If not the inner child will begin to try to assert itself and it will do so from the BLIND POINT that all human physical vehicles have. Trying to lose weight and failing over and over again? it could be that your inner child is using the channel of FOOD to get your attention and is holding on tightly to an experience that it believes is happening again and will continue to fight you internally for control.

Meditation deep into the heart space allows for us to work to higher levels that bypass the human logical mind. It is important to work at this level for the human mind has a protective barrier that sits hidden, it seeks to protect its view at all costs. Working with symbolism deep in the heart space bypasses this and allows for vast transformation to occur.

Blue Calcite is soothing to our energy signature, it is akin to a cool dip in a pool on a hot summers day, a cool breeze on a humid day. Working deep within the heart space bring in the Blue Calcite into the meditation by simply visualising it in front of you. It may take a human form in order to work more deeply with you or appear as a large crystal into which you can step, the experience is always a personal one.

This will see a sense of peace and calm begin to establish itself and new sense of BALANCE and HARMONY begin to restore itself.
