As we move further along our spiritual pathway we must always take a moment to deepen our connection to SOURCE. Often those seeking to expand their spiritual journey feel a sort of heaviness or tiredness and this occurs especially at times of vast change and frequency upgrades.

Just as we would not set out on a journey expecting the tank of gas to remain full we must always take time to reset and then restart the journey. It is not a run to the finish line in a quick sprint. The spiritual journey has many twists and turns and we are journeying within our human physical vehicle. Said vehicle is upgraded as we travel along said path.

The upgrading takes a little settling in time to adjust to. To begin with we may be driving quite a beat up old vehicle, but as the realms and races begin to work with us we begin to clear out the debris and we are then able to download frequency upgrades. This sees the vehicle begin to take a new shape, it will drive smoother than it did, faster etc so we must always be aware of these upgrades, if not we may inadvertently move at a speed that works AGAINST us as we must understand the information that begins to flow thru us.

This information INCREASES in flow as we move thru the frequency bandwidths and we may feel overwhelmed if we have not adjusted our movements and our handling of our vehicle. “ASCENSION SYMPTOMS” are not something to carry as a badge, often these symptoms are present BECAUSE there has been no or little adjustment. Doing the inner work and pausing and taking time to adjust is KEY in the spiritual journey we have undertaken.
