WE ARE asked often to “let go and release” but the process of actually how the release happens is often one that is skewed. Releasing trauma does not involve reliving the actual trauma, indeed that very thought/belief is what stops many from stepping forward and seeking help and support. TRAUMA is what the old 3D earth is built upon, humanity walk in trauma and have done since their inception.

Trauma exists within the DNA of the human physical vehicle, WE ARE therefore not born into an empty physical human vehicle when we birth into this dimensional space. The trauma that sits within the father and mother of the child (passed from generation to generation) is passed on to the child through its conception and gestation within the mother.

The Ascension process is a process whereby those who have awakened to the spiritual plane of existence begin to release the trauma patterning that they were born into. It is challenging to say the least to identify the trauma patterning because as a child born into a family the behavior will be “normal”. It is not until we grow up and leave our parents and venture into the world that we begin to understand that every family is different and what was accepted in our immediate family is not necessarily accepted by those around us.

The thing about trauma patterning is that it will feel like a safety net. The human logical mind will attempt to take over and say “if we just do this then that will never happen again”. Logically it will make all the sense in the world but the trauma patterning is preventing the trauma from healing. WE ARE asked to walk thru this dimensional space with an open heart but that is challenging when the trauma is triggered because humanity is conditioned to believe that by keeping the heart space guarded and sectioned off that this is safer than opening up. It is not. It merely keeps the heart closed down and the brain engaged fully. The human logical mind cannot “feel”, it is a repository for life experience, it is NOT THE ACTUAL EXPERIENCE. Hence the more we reminisce and go over things and think about them we change the original experience, the mind changing the recollection depending on our feelings at that moment.

It is vital that the heart and the mind are in sync and are in harmony. Working energetically with trauma frequencies involves working with symbols which bypasses the UNCONSCIOUS mind which controls everything. You may be thinking why you abandon your new years resolution or cannot keep to a new diet etc, its because no matter what you consciously want to happen the UNCONSCIOUS mind runs the show. It will sabotage to keep you “safe” but the “safe” is the trauma frequency that is running.

The mind is POWERFUL and we must always remember this. However the deep heart space is EVEN MORE POWERFUL. LOVE in TRUTH will always win because it is the very fabric of the wider universe. LOVE is the ANSWER, no matter the QUESTION because LOVE in TRUTH dissolves the lower dimensional frequencies. We see this all the time within humanity, LOVE wins.

At this time WE ARE going thru a PURGING of lower dimensional frequencies and our deep heart space is our RETREAT, it is where we will find peace, tranquillity and the understanding that we need at this time. Expect “usual” to reset to “new experiences”. Expect defined and planned meetings to fall apart and be replaced with expansive experiences. This will feel at times “out of control” due to the limiting lower dimensional frequencies, as humanity age the majority will begin to constrict their experiences, this is done out of a need to feel “safe”. This sees them living in a traumatic bubble and mostly from the head, the heart closed and gathering dust, unfortunately that leads to regret and a reminiscing of past places and events in an attempt to kick start something that is dying. What is dying is the life force for that is accessed thru the deep heart space.

Those who keep their heart open to the new will feel younger and will reject societal norms when it comes to “ageing”. Generation X are one such group which is at this time defying the previous generational concept of being “older”.
