WE ARE asked at this time to understand that BALANCE is key to everything and will unlock doors that will remain closed to us unless we achieve said balance. So what is balance and how on earth do we manage to “hold” it as we are thrown about by the exhausting energies that are now flooding into this dimensional space?

Balance is INTERNAL, it can never be found external to us as our external life experience is a mirror to what is going on internally. To change anything in the outer waking reality we must always go within. Remove frequencies that are causing friction and surrender baggage that often we do not even know we have been carrying. Balance is within our heart, the festive season is fast approaching and already many are feeling the stress and anxiety that this “season” generates. We must always remember that we are living within a controlled and conditioned environment. The human logical mind is conditioned to see the world a certain way and if we “buy” into this conditioning then we will begin to feel the effects of the false frequency.

The gift buying, the food, the “family” all of it is designed to produce fear and anxiety and the more that we feel this the more that we have stepped out of our deep heart space. Gifts do not equal LOVE in TRUTH, they may be nice to have if they can be afforded but they JUST ARE. Its the same with the food and the drink and the need to be “perfect”, its a scenario that NO ONE can reach and yet each year we are battered with adverts and social media that tries to portray the “perfect” season.

This time of year for many is traumatic, from losing loved ones, to being within an abusive relationship or losing jobs, homes etc. For many the “perfect” picture is enough to trigger intense emotional residue and we must now walk thru the world being aware of this. The more hostile those around us become the more we must release any emotional residue that we are carrying to enable us to move in peace and grace. LOVE in TRUTH will then flow thru us out into the world, we do not have to “do” anything other than be ourselves and the universe will place us in situations where LOVE in TRUTH can flow.

A world that is in pain and trauma does not need more emotional residue the many attempts to provide “perfect” for those around us. Look at the scenario, in the trying to provide “perfect” we are in fact stating that we are not enough to begin with. Why does anything have to be “perfect”? we are in human physical form, humans by default are not perfect and therein lies the gift that we are to one another.

LOVE in TRUTH cannot be bought, bottled or gift wrapped, it is the highest frequency that exists and to embrace it is to open YOUr heart and understand that YOU are loved beyond measure by a universe that has been denied to YOU at a human everyday waking experience level.
