As we work to release emotional debris and the patterning that we are conditioned to live within we may require some gentle support. BLUE CALCITE is a crystal that works a bit like a soft cushion, working with this crystal supports the FLOW of emotions that begins again once we have released the blockage.

Emotions are not the enemy however stagnant and blocked flow of emotion can work against our energy signature. Emotions are meant to flow, all emotions are to be experienced for we are in human physical form, so there is no “wrong” emotion to feel, however in the human energy field there can be strongholds that seek to provide containers for certain emotions and this is throughout family lineages.

Look at your own family, there may be an emotion that was not supported, for many it is anger, many families do not permit anger to flow, they will seek to avoid, to contain or deny its existence. This pushes the frequency of anger into stronghold. Behaviors born out of this way of living can cause deep damage to relationships and to health. Stagnant water (emotions) create an environment which is not healthy and the human physical vehicle will begin to develop various ways of trying to address the stagnation.

BLUE CALCITE works to release the flow, allowing deep insight into the emotion behind the behavior for it is only when we ACKNOWLEDGE the emotion that the healing can begin. Family lineage works to hide the emotion for in hiding the emotion the debris is fed upon by the enemy. It is vital that when we feel “stuck” that we go deep into the heart space and work with the Archangels and the Crystal Kingdom in order to acknowledge the emotion.

At no point do we have to re experience the emotion, nor the trauma that may be associated with it, we are releasing FREQUENCY, the trauma is an expression, a manifestation of the FREQUENCY, remove the FREQUENCY then the expression ceases for it has no foundation.

Placing BLUE CALCITE upon your person, having it near you as you sleep, putting it into grid work or simply focusing upon the crystal as you enter the deep heart space in meditation are all ways to be supported by this crystal.
