As we now enter a new higher band of frequencies our ability to see thru the illusion that is presented within this dimensional space will increase. This will see us begin to make changes to our own inner landscapes that allow for us to move beyond perceived obstacles.

For many at this time the movement of family members back together in one place creates a frequency bandwidth that many who are in the galactic awakening stages of this process may find uncomfortable to say the least. The way to work with this is thru breathing and thru stepping back from all, any and every drama that attempts to play out. Where we find drama we will find an old patterning hiding and attempting to anchor once more.

Those who are working with crystal skulls will no doubt have had guidance from said skulls for placement around the living areas and for working deeply with the breath and the inner landscape. It is not selfish to give yourself time and space at this time of year, the outer waking landscape is often heightened due to the conditioning of “perfect” at this point in the human calendar.

Nothing and no one is perfect, it is not possible in human form. If you have been unable to find “your festive cheer” then that is fine, putting on a brave face is not the way to deal with it, stepping out of the need to present a brave face and spend some peaceful time to look within and to release is. This is a time when many will find memories and past events seeking to drown them, once again the way to work with this is quiet reflective time. Those who have gone before us are but a heartbeat away, it is our emotions that seek to hide this from us. It is okay to shed a tear, it is okay to acknowledge any residual anger, it is okay to FEEL.

We now begin the movement necessary to come thru this “festive” period with eyes open to new levels, to understand that the outer waking reality is not a solid, non permeable reality, it can bend, it can shift and is only held in place by our inner emotional landscapes.
