It can at this time of year be challenging to find equilibrium within the human life experience as the outer waking reality places various demands upon us. Life begins to become more chaotic if we allow ourselves to be swept away in the chaos that is unfolding.

To find focus and restore our equilibrium we can work with the Crystal Kingdom in a variety of different ways. We can place healing grids within our immediate environment, using the calming crystals of Amethyst, Selenite and Rose Quartz. Keeping our immediate environment calm and peaceful helps us recharge ready to walk thru the chaos and the never ending demands. Remember it is not possible to drink from an empty cup, therefore if we find ourselves running on “empty” it is up to us to refill from within.

Taking time out to recharge is vital at this time. The emotions that are zipping about are a residue of times gone past. We may see a very skewed picture of the days ahead when we view them from the vantage point of the emotional landscape. Viewed from the deep heart space we can gain the strength and understanding that the linear year that we have lived to date is one that is filled with lessons and from these lessons new perspective and new strength can be gleaned.

All is internal and experienced externally. Nothing that we ever go thru is lost if the lesson and the strength is taken from within it. What could we change that will allow us to reach peace and calm internally? do we need to let go of some of our own behaviours or routines? do we swap out one routine for one that works for us better?

Writing is self reflection externalised, keeping a journal of how we feel and how we wish to experience life is a good tool to use. Working with the Crystal Kingdom and working with individual crystals is also a good tool to use. We do not have to go to books about crystals or follow some sort of “rule” when it comes to working with crystals. It is an organic and self reflective journey that we embark upon when we enter the world of Crystals and step foot into the Crystal Kingdom.

How does the crystal wish to work with you personally? how does it make you feel? does it trigger something deep within you? do you take time to go into meditation and ask to work with the crystal? all are messages that are solidified in the presentation of the crystal. In order to become more fluid in how we work we must allow the communication to be a two way one.
