For many at this time the stress and collective “must do” is already heightening, from the adverts that show impossible scenarios to the ever present “holiday cheer”, there is an expectation that is laid at the feet of all within humanity.
We have to begin to remember and in doing so we will find that we can expand in ways that we have not seen previously. One such way is to expand into the calm and peace that is available at all moments of all moments but which we are often forced to ignore.
Taking time out to BE is valuable, it resets our thinking, it resets our energy levels and it is important. The more that we can find that stillness within the more we strengthen our selves. Many feel distressed at this time of year as memories begin to arise and those that are perhaps no longer with us come to the fore. Contrary to what is pushed down our throats at all moments, its okay to not be okay. Its okay to shed a tear, to take time for yourself and to not run about like a headless chicken.
The “festive” season has been turned into one huge commercial that has most people hung over in January wondering what on earth they were thinking all thru December. Taking time to reflect is fine, holding on to the reflection is a different thing entirely. Remembering those who are no longer with us can be turned into something that is a step towards healing rather than a step backwards into pain. We can choose to sit with a photograph or sit with a memory and accept. It is the acceptance that they are no longer with us that most will ignore. By accepting we can also accept the gift that they were to us when they were with us in their human form.
There is power in acceptance just as there is power in forgiveness. Being perfect is not achievable, we are in human form and we are all flawed. Just accepting this is a step forward. It is also the human connection that is important at this time. Focus on the connections, not the “must have” but the people. Shifting focus also can help us move from a stressful moment into a peaceful moment.
Opening the heart space and sitting with the deep reflection can help us find a moment of calm in what is usually chaos. Darkness wants us to rush about, to keep busy and to remain in chaos because that keeps us out of the NOW moment and sees us trying to escape what is in front of us. Acceptance and forgiveness are two keys that when used from a place of peace and serenity can open doors that are other wise closed to us.
So at this time, remember to take moments to simply be still. Allow what comes up within you to be shown to you. Ask for spiritual help that is available at all times to step forward. Sit in conversation with your spirit guides. This allows a closing down of a space in order to open up a new expansive space.
WE ARE here to experience, that does not mean that we have to wear ourselves out having said experience.
WE ARE
Liebe
Kx
