It is vital that in times of upheaval and movement such is happening at this time that we remember to BREATHE and BE. Often we approach any movement and shifting with trepidation, we may suddenly find ourselves with a lot going on and a sense of feeling out of control begins to grow inside of us.

Change can be positive and in the spiritual journey it is vital that we learn to embrace the changes and trust the process more fully. Becoming aware of our Breath is but one way of doing this. Taking regular breaks to ensure that we refocus and do not fall to the “constant doing” that has been created over the past few linear years. Our human logical mind will try to convince us repeatedly that we must “do” in order to “achieve”. This works against us, many work many more hours than they have to trying to be productive but only managing to burn out.

Stopping and going into the deep heart space where our connection to that which lies beyond this dimensional space is vital. To remain on track we must understand the path that we are actually on. We can move mountains when we are in a relaxed and calmer state because we allow the energies to flow thru us, begin to allow anxiety to build and that flow becomes interrupted.

Taking time to journal may be beneficial, how do you feel this moment? relaxed? ready to embrace what life is now manifesting? or do you feel that you are always running to catch up or worse that somehow life is out of control? Writing down thoughts allow us to relieve the intense pressure our human logical mind puts upon us to go over information. Writing things down allows to go thru the thoughts without creating even more of the same kind of thoughts.
