In this pressured and “social media” created reality there is so much that is just poured over the human life experience. From the influencers who try to sell as much product as possible to the illusion that time has somehow speeded up and if we dont all have perfect homes and lives somehow we have done something “wrong”. It can be an emotionally exhausting space to exist within.

Creativity is the balance that many are simply blind to. It does not matter whether you are “good” or “bad” at something creative, it is the process itself that is important. Humans are not just thinking machines, they are creative and they need to express themselves thru not only words but various mediums.

Trauma is often addressed using therapies that allow for creativity to flow within the individual. When it is challenging to delve deep and find words, often a picture, a drawing or some other form of creativity allows for movement. A picture can say a thousand words at any one time. When we are feeling hemmed in and pressured we may feel contained, one fabulous way of addressing this feeling of containment is to allow our imagination and creativity an outlet.

This could be painting, sewing, crafting, writing, anything that allows for energy to flow and in that fluidity there is then movement. If you feel stagnant and hemmed in then look to something that held your interest as a child. Children are naturally creative and many times what we loved doing as a child has been set aside for “grown up” things. However our inner child is still there, connecting with our inner child can see us reach solutions that our “grown up” brain simply cannot reach.

View creativity as the “tourist route” to your destination, it is not procrastination, indeed when we are called to the deep heart space that calling is usually thru the creative arts. At any one time when our guides and our angels wish to converse more deeply with us they will simply place a feather inside that deep well inside our heart space.

LOVE transcends language, it is in the touch of a hand, the look in the eye and it is certainly in the creativity that can pour from that deep place inside of us. At this time there is a war on creativity, AI trying to attempt something that remains sterile and lifeless because it was not created from the deep heart space.

When the artists hold the brush the bristles translate the love in the hand on to the medium that is used.

What are the angels and guides calling you to at this time? how can being creative at this time answer the burning questions that seem to have no answer?
