In most instances when we go thru change and/or uncertainty the first thing that we do is change our breathing. Often this goes unnoticed. As you have begun to read this post take a moment to focus on your breathing… how are you feeling at this moment? is your breath deep and slow? fast and shallow? take a note of how you are breathing.

As we start this the next chapter of the expansion process we must allow the changes to reveal themselves, we do a disservice to our selves by holding our breath or worse still to keep the breath shallow. Why? because we are asked to integrate and accept and encompass. We cannot do this if we are in the “flight or fight” mode or on the edges of this experience. We must be in the NOW moment which can only ever be accessed thru the deep breath of TRUST in the process.

We have come a long way, many are now shell shocked and/or disbelieving of the changes that we were all warned about but at the time simply could not see. The veils have lifted, what do they reveal? can you accept where we are at this time? can you accept where YOU are at this time?

this is part of the forward movement that we are standing within, the first part is acceptance, from this point everything and anything can be achieved, if we are still in denial we remain the observer, from the observation point we are BESIDE ourselves.
